Sports Performance Programs
Here at Next Level Strength & Conditioning, we believe in Ground Based strength & power developed through the use of squats, lunges, Olympic lifts, and core training. Our training centers on developing muscular balance and joint stability, all accomplished by training with free weights and the extensive use of dumbbell training. We stress the importance of training the posterior chain (low back, glutes, hamstrings). Speed Development-Our speed work focuses on acceleration drills above all others. Short burst sprints typically of 10 to 30 yards allow us to train the body to accelerate quickly and efficiently. The use of resisted running(sleds, harness) will assist in lengthening the stride and increasing the force exerted into the ground, and results in faster speed. We guarantee you will increase your speed! Monthly Memberships2 Month ($260) 4 Month ($460) 6 Month ($599) Classes Meet on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 4-5:30pm Athletes over the age of 12 may add weight training to any of the monthly membership packages for an additional $150 per athlete per month. All-ConferenceThe All-Conference program is for the competitive athlete who is looking for the edge over his or her competition. In addition to mastering running technique, the athlete will be introduced to the basics of explosive weight lifting, including the use of Olympic training techniques. Athletes need to focus on quickness, explosiveness, strength and balance all while playing under control. By completely mastering these skills, and increasing nutritional knowledge, each athlete can expect to see on-field improvement, and higher levels of success. Ages 12-18. Prices start at $40 per athlete per session Game ChangerThe All American program is our most advanced program designed to meet the needs of our elite level athletes. The program is ideal for the prospective college athlete, or current college athlete. The program includes high school and college combine preparation for football, lacrosse, and vertical jump clinics for basketball players. The program is exclusive to serious athletes with the skill and dedication to play at the next level. During these sessions the gym is closed to Athletes and individuals who are not a part of the program. Prices start at $50 Per athlete per session
