Next Level has created our complete performance soccer training program to give soccer players of all ages the necessary skills to excel in their sport.  Our program will improve your technical soccer skills, increase your speed, explosive power, and make you a better all around athlete. 

 

Skills Development- 

To develop a complete soccer player, the player must master the necessary skills by repetition of drills.  Beginning with the most basic drill of juggling, the player will develop a comfort level with the ball which will lead to more creativity and advanced moves when handling the ball.  

First Touch Accuracy- 

We train each player to have an understanding of how to receive the ball.  Players have trouble kicking the ball as it comes.  They tend to stop it, start dribbling and look for a teammate to pass to.  Player learn to receive the ball by sending it to the direction they want to go, without ever stopping their momentum.

Speed Development- 

We make sure each of our training sessions focus on developing speed with each of our athletes.  This is accomplished with the use of the latest speed development techniques, such as the agility ladder, speed sleds, and the use of parachute training.   

Strength Training- 

Players of all sports and ages must develop the strength to excel and  to maintain an injury free season.  Our age appropriate strength training program will prepare every athlete to compete at the highest level with confidence.  From body weight training for our younger athletes, to Olympic lifting for our older athletes, we have the solution for you young athlete to become stronger and more explosive.
