Performance Evaluation

 

Every athlete will be tested in areas that allow our strength and conditioning professionals to evaluate needs, monitor progress and develop individualized programs for each athlete. The following tests and procedures can indicate abilities important to on-field success:

 

 

  • Pro Agility-A measurement of agility, change of direction, acceleration and deceleration

  • 10 Yard Sprint-measures acceleration and first step quickness            

  • 40 yard Dash -Measures acceleration and sports speed

  • Vertical Jump-Measurement of explosive power

  • Standing Broad Jump-A measurement of horizontal explosiveness

  • Body Composition-A measurement of lean muscle mass

  • Running drills are electronically timed for accuracy
